Transactions Tab
Client Assignment
You can either have all transactions allocated to a single customer, or you can create new customer records for each new customer found in your payPal account.
Product Assignment
When invoices are created in KashFlow, you can choose which product name the items on the invoice should be assigned to.
Transaction Bank Account
Choose which of your bank account you would like the payments to be posted to. Normally you would want to create a new bank account within your KashFlow account specifically to mirror your PayPal account.
PayPal Fees Tab
Bank Transaction Type Assignment
As well as recording payments received, the program will also copy across detail of charges made to you by PayPal. Select how you would like these to be classified. 'Bank Charges' would be a good choice, or you can log into your KashFlow account and create a new type called 'PayPal Charges'
VAT Tab
Vat Options
Set the VAT rate to apply to your invoices. The program automatically detects if you are VAT registered or not (from your KashFlow settings). If you are then it will enter the appropriate VAT amount when creating invoices. This option is used purely to select the Rate to be displayed in the drop down list in KashFlow
